The PÁS Adult group presents its 2015 premiere performance in Pittsburgh at 5:00 PM. Additional highlights include performances by the Pittsburgh Slovakians, the Slovak Food Kitchen featuring traditional Slovak entrees and delicacies, and a Slovak Mass. New Jersey Slovak Festival ....................................... .......................... 9:00AM - 6:00PM Sunday, Sept. 27th PNC Bank Arts Center Exit 116 Garden State Parkway Holmdel, NJ 07733 This popular East-coast event features free all day entertainment, including a performance by the Pittsburgh Area Slovak Folk Ensemble, as well as a Slovak Mass. Slovak food, activities for children, and craft vendors will also be available. Stop by the PÁS booth where we will be selling Christmas ornaments and other Slovak gifts. To order tickets or view more information click here. 24th Annual Slovak Heritage Festival ..................... ........................................... 1:45 PM November 1st University of Pittsburgh Cathedral of Learning, Commons Room Pittsburgh, PA This event is from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and features musical performances by folk dancing groups and singers as well as cultural displays and lectures. Look for the PÁS craft and bake sale tables where we will be selling Christmas ornaments and other gifts from Slovakia, as well as home-made Slovak bake goods, such as kolač (nut rolls), čieregi, and more! The event also includes a wide offering of traditional Slovak food (such as stuffed cabbage, haluski), which will be available for sale, as well as a variety of items from Slovak and East European import vendors.
